We put money on it. If you're not happy with Puddi, we make it right — no returns, no runaround.

Our Promise

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us something's off. Two ways we make it good.

Free Flavor Swap

Ordered a flavor or a sweetener version that didn't land? Email us at hello@puddi.food within 30 days of delivery and tell us what you'd rather have. We'll ship a replacement free — no return, no return label, no repackaging. Keep or share the original cups.

Full Refund

Rather have your money back? Email us at hello@puddi.food within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund the full purchase price, including original shipping, to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request. No return required.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your order shows up damaged, or if we sent you something you didn't order, email hello@puddi.food with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it — your call — at no cost.

Orders Through Other Retailers

Refunds and swaps apply to orders placed directly through puddi.food. Orders placed through other retailers should be handled through those retailers' return policies.
