Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states, plus Washington D.C. and US territories. International shipping isn't available yet.

When It Arrives

Orders ship from Los Angeles within 1-2 business days. Standard transit is 3-7 business days depending on your zip code. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

What It Costs

Free shipping on orders of $40 or more. Under $40, standard shipping is $7.99.

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

If you catch a wrong address before we ship, email hello@puddi.food and we'll fix it. Once your package is with the carrier, address changes have to go through the carrier directly.

If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, or tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll help track it down.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

See our Refund Policy — damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded at no cost.
